To Whom It May Concern:
Wai See Cheung has been a member of the sales team at Fusion Sunnyvale, a
228-unit new townhome community that recently completed a highly successful
sales program. Wai See joined the team as a Sales Representative in March 2011
when the sales effort was just getting underway.
The Fusion sales team sold an average of nearly 12 homes a month during the
period of March 2011 through November 2012. The community was the fastest-
selling new home community in California. The community attracted
consistently high traffic averaging over 125 groups a week, and appealed to
tech-savvy first time buyers who work in the Silicon Valley.
Wai See was an integral part of this very successful team. All team members
shared responsibility for managing traffic, qualifying prospects, following up
with prospective homeowners, assisting with sales releases, writing contracts,
selecting options and managing ongoing relationships with buyers throughout
the 4-6 month escrow cycle. However, each team member also was assigned
responsibility for a particular area of focus. Wai See was responsible for acting
as the point person for our outreach efforts with the Realtor community. Given
Wai Sees background in both new home sales and resale, she was well suited to
handle this role. She coordinated broker communications, managed our Multiple
Listing Service properties, helped organize and communicate broker events and
orchestrated presentations to Realtors. Fusion accomplished a very solid 46% of
its sales with the participation of Realtors, and maintained excellent
relationships with the resale broker community. Wai See played a key role in
accomplishing this.
2. I have enjoyed working with Wai See at Fusion. She has demonstrated herself to
be a reliable and trustworthy team player. Aside from her professional
capabilities and contributions, Wai See is a very engaging person to be around,
and we have all enjoyed her sense of humor and light-hearted sense of fun!
Sincerely,
Beth Bartlett
