My Goal: Make patients and people working in Health Care and other organizations safer.
What I do:
- Awareness training: Let people working in Health Care think more about how to deliver safer care;
- Building Safety Management Systems (SMS) according to the NTA 8009;
- Advising them in Riskmanagement;
- Training in investigating (near)accidents, calamities;
- Advising them in change projects by using the principles of High Reliable Organizing (HRO).
