I am a librarian, educator and thinker. I am also a strong manager, facilitator and leader. I find that librarianship, teaching and managing complement and challenge each other. I love positions that offer organizational structure, leadership and innovation challenges and the chance to be creative. My background exhibits success in all of these areas.
