I was born and raised in the Youngstown Area. I graduated from Austintown Fitch High School in 1993. I went to YSU for Electrical Engineering and changed majors after the first year. I received my undergrad BS degree in Geology with a minor in Geography from Youngstown State University in 2000. I also attended Kent State University and finished up my Master's degree in Information Architecture and Knowledge Management (IAKM) in 2010. I've been married since 2000 and my wife and I have 2 cats, a border collie and a 1981 Mack MC Fire Engine and live in a 1912 3-story Victorian home in Youngstown, Ohio.
