Yinghua Qin is the director of development for the Foglight at Zhuhai Quest Software (now Dell). She has more than 15 years of experience in the software industry, and has public paper indexed by EI. Before joining Quest in 2010, Yinghua served as manager of R&D for Hitachi, and, prior to that, was an assistant development manager for OOCL. She has been a featured speaker at IEEE Soli international conference.
