Lyric writer and composer made debut in a private music album 'Kalavo Kalpanavo (2008)'; followed by, lyric for Kuhu Kuhu with Music Composer Bhargava Krishna Nellutla in 2009. First lyrics and composition aired on television was the ad film for Vijay Textiles O Varam... Jeevanam... in 2005, performed by singer Mr. Nihal.
Made acting debut in and co-directed the film 'Heartbeats', the State of Nagaland's first ever professionally made English feature film in 2007.
