Reporting to well engineering department, responsible for a team of 5 reservoir engineers, 2 production engineers and one statistics engineer. The main duties include:
 Well completion design of infill drilling wells.
 Propose and discuss remedial work programs (Wire line, Slick line, Stimulation, Work over, Snubbing and coiled tubing operations) to optimize the productivity and injectivity of wells.
 Design and execution of periodic well tests according to reservoir and well engineering departments needs.
 Supervise engineers during well test interpretation process and validate their interpretation reports.
