It started in real estate but diversified in 1997. In 2001 it opened its first school, Sagar Public School in Bhopal, and has since expanded significantly in education. Recently it entered yarn manufacturing through Sagar Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd. The group's current verticals are real estate development through Agrawal Builders, school education through Sagar Public School, college education through SISTec, and textile manufacturing through Sagar Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd.
