Dr. Huang received his Ph.D. degree in Graduate Institute of Networking and Multimedia (GINM), National Taiwan University. His research interests are focused on low-rate wireless personal area networks (WPAN). In 2010, he joined Quanta Research Institute, Quanta Computer Inc. for alternative military service. He is currently enrolled a healthcare project for early-born babies.
