Currently working in IT support as a Service Delivery Manager for HP's partner (TEK Experts), with a passion to work in customer service field. I acquired MBA in Accounting in 2012 and Bachelor of Information System in 2011, and both of them are honor degrees.
I am a performance driven, disciplined and goal-oriented person, insightful team player and builder with proficient communication skills.
I also had experience in Software Engineering specialized in Testing domain, involved in end to end testing process, started from designing test strategy, writing test cases & test plan, to executing and writing test result reports.
