Youngjin is the Elizabeth M. and William C. Treuhaft Professor in Entrepreneurship in the Department of Design & Innovation at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He also serves as Innovation Architect at the University Hospitals in Cleveland. He was the Harry A. Cochran Professor in Management Information Systems and the Director of Center for Design+Innovation at Temple University. He was also the director of Urban Apps & Maps Studios.
