Abebual has a significant track record in the designing and rolling out of various evaluation programs. He has extensive experience developing complex knowledge-based systems, and building sustained relationship with government policy makers. He has provided strategic leadership for various complex institutions in Africa including BRAC, IPA, and EDI.
