Aon-Hewitt uses a Pension Distribution System called Total Business Administration(TBA). This tool is helpful in automating the pension distribution system for the Hewitt clients. I am responsible for enhancing this pension distribution system by incorporating code, in a back-end software for TBA, called the Calc. Builder. As per the requirements and client provisions, I code into CB, using Smalltalk-80, to incorporate new plans and provisions.
