I had a food technology educational background to start my career in 1999. Since then I have worked in different food industries dealing in a wide variety of food products. This provided me an opportunity to learn different processes, technologies, ingredients, business models, storage and distribution conditions and products' route to market. In the later part of my career, last 7-8 years, I have intensively worked in the area of product design, development and industrialization of different food categories for different businesses.
