Over twenty years of wide experience with the humanitarian organizations in developing countries around the world. I have proven capacity in strategic thinking, program design and development. I have gained practical experience on implementing all spectrums of the programs staring from logistics, water and sanitation, admin to overall program management. Currently I am working with International HIV/AIDS Alliance in Ukraine as their Director of Treatment, procurement and Policy.
