As an HR Business Partner, my main goal is to deliver the most relevant and recent Talent Management services to my business line that is best aligned to the work and brand of the organization. On the other hand, I coach and provide employees with the suitable tools that could assist them in managing their careers and retain them in my organization based on their potentiality and performance. I am also playing a role to spread awareness about action learning and managerial projects training methodology because I believe it is important to transfer the necessary knowledge, skills, and behavior to a person, rather than just the knowledge as with traditional learning.
