Mr Zawar Haider Abidi is a Additional Director Arms Control & Disarmament Affairs (ACDA) at the Strategic Plans Division (SPD).
Mr Zawar Haider Abidi is a former military officer, besides having a verity of experience of command, staff and instructional in his around 27 years of army service is also a graduate of Quid-e-Azam University Islamabad, and has a master degree in Defence and Strategic Studies, he also holds MBA degree to his credit.
On his outstanding commitment and devotion towards the service, Lt Col Zawar Haider Abidi is a recipient of Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (Military).
