Eric has almost a decade experience in software industry as well as 2 years middle school teacher experience.
After he graduated from Normal School in 1999, and began to work in a middle school as mathematic teacher for 2 years. Later, he acted as fruit sales for half year and programming course trainer.
Since 2004, he begins his formal software industry journey, acted software engineer, technical leader, Scrum Master and R&D Manager. Now he is software development coach, and during the recent years, he focus on project management, and engineering practices.
