As a trainer and consultant I have worked for many multinational and Hungarian companies like Alcoa, IBM, TVK, MOL and others. I dealt with change management, TQM, competency development of managers including Situational Leadership, Conflict Handling, Motivation and Communication. I helped to introduce Performance Appraisal Systems at Alcoa, Paks Nuclear Power Plant and Antenna Hungária. I worked for companies to improve their safety awareness at Alcoa, TVK and many others.
