My professional experience started right after finishing Faculty of Electrical Engineering in a small IT company dealing with software development for banking, industry and retail sector.
In year 2000 I have joined Siemens where I gained many years of experience in Telecommunication business, mainly focusing on development and integration of various OSS and BSS solutions.
During 2000 - 2010 I was a Department Manager for a Delivery Unit employing up to 30 people dealing with Development, Test, Integration and Project Management for various Telco grade products and solutions.
