My definition of success is when I form a true relational-partnership with a client. I get excited when our team works together with a client's team to develop a deep understanding of existing business models, supply chain & logistics processes, and distribution networks.
I identify and design concrete, practical, and implementable programs that add value, decrease costs, and/or increase dependability. This leads to improved bottom lines and customers that are as excited about Kuehne + Nagle as we are about them!
