- 2. Our Motto Saving our water one drop at a time
- 3. What we do
- 4. One drop One Drop is a non-profit student- run organization that believes that water is the secret of humanity, and we should work to protect it. One Drop encourages the conservation & distribution of water, as well as the cleaning of water pollution in our own Earths water bodies, big or small. The freshwaters of our Earth are running out, we must conserve our waters for future generations. We also should distribute water to those who dont have enough water to be healthy & clean.

Our Vision We want to spread awareness and raise funds for non-profit organizations so that they can help conserve and distribute water, they can also help with One Drops efforts to clean up water pollution. We also want to build clubs to help with our efforts, and also hold events like Walk for Water, hosted by One Drop.
- 7. Conservation Water conservation is very important. How much water do you use on a daily basis? You might think not much or in the middle, but you are wasting on average 80- 100 gallons in a day. The water is wasted and it is unusable for others.There are many ways for you to conserve water, including turning off faucets, checking for leaks in pipes, install water saving shower-heads and ultra low flush toilets.
- 8. Conservation Statistics A lot of water is wasted even by people who try to conserve water. We have researched some numbers to help you understand how the situation is right now. 100 billion gallons of water are wasted each year 2.5 % of the Earths water is freshwater and 68.7 % of it is frozen in glaciers and ice caps Only 1% of the total water resources on earth are available for human use. 783 million people dont have access to water. With One Drops water conservation tips we can work to save many people from thirst.
- 10. Water Pollution These places on Earth may seem like they were photoshopped, but they are places that really do exist. These pictures are the real deal of our planet. Do you want our entire planet to look like this dump? Do you want rotten banana peels in your bedroom and blobs of gum on your mirror, just because there is no other space for that stuff to be? We dont think so, and we want to help.

Pollution statistics A lot of people litter, and that stuff goes into our water bodies and pollutes them, hurting the animals, people, and environment around it. 5.25 trillion pieces of debris in our oceans, of that mass, 269 tons float on the surface, while 4 billion microfibers per square kilometer litter the deep sea 10 %of 260 million tons of trash ends up in the ocean There is more microplastics then there are stars in the Milky Way There are many ways to stop and clean water pollution. You can help One Drops efforts by cleaning your local beaches, roads, and parks. You can also help by not littering and spreading awareness on the harmful effects of water pollution and pollution in general.
- 13. Distribution Do you know that of Earths people dont even have water. We here are very fortunate, but we as a whole are not trying enough to help those less fortunate. Without water, we cannot survive more than 3-4 days without water. What we mean by water distribution is that we give water and build wells to help countries with people who are in need of water.
- 14. Distribution statistics Water is needed for one and every person, but a little less than half of all humans are going thirsty. By 2025, of the worlds population is expected to not have enough clean water Almost 800 million people lack access to clean safe water every day The average distance that African women walto get water is 4 miles carrying 44 lbs of water
