The Global Health Fellows Program (GHFP-II) is funded by USAID and implemented and managed by the Public Health Institute (PHI) in partnership with four subcontractors. GHFP-IIs goal is to improve the effectiveness of USAID health programs by addressing immediate and emerging human capacity needs.
