Role:-  Continuously improve & upgrade the operations of ETP & STP plant to minimize Environmental impact.  O & M of ETP plant and recycle 100 % final treated (Zero discharge) for cooling towers, Garden & Toilet flush.  Conserve and optimize utilization of resources in the areas of Water,Energy & Chemicals.  Increase in green cover inside and around the plant.  Incineration for hazardous solid waste as per MEPL guideline.  Statutory legal compliance :-  Consent to renewalfrom Maharashtra pollution control board under the water Act,1974 & Air Act1981  Environmental statement report, form no. V & submitted to MPCB before Sept. of each year.  Water Cess Returns in form no. I & submitted to MPCB, each month.  Hazardous waste returns rule 1989, submit all information in form no XIV to MPCB. From July –2007 to Oct -2009 with Oman Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals LLC. Al-Buraimi, Sultanate of Oman. As Plant in- Charge (ETP, STP & RO Plant.)  O & M activities of E.T.P. Plant Primary (Flocculation/ Coagulation), Secondary (Aerobic & Anaerobic) & Tertiary (Filtration system) having Capacity of 150 M3 /d.  Project activities of STP plant having Capacity of 20M3 /d & Reuse all treated effluent for gardening.  Sewage treatment systems consist of pre-treatment for removal of floating and gritty material of suspended settle able solids and secondary treatment for removal of dissolved organic matter contributing to COD / BOD.  Anaerobic digestion facilities are also provided for the treatment of residue.  O& M Activities of RO Plant Having Capacity of 100 M3 /d. AS Plant Executive (E.T.P,D.M. & Safety System.)  O & M of ETP Plant i.e. (Primary, Secondary & Tertiary) having Design Capacity of 180 M3 /d.  Pre- treatment, Physical- chemical treatment including units like clarifiers, chemical dosing and mixing facilities.  Biological treatment includes activated sludge process and anaerobic process.  Tertiary Treatment facilities incorporating pressure sand filter and activated carbon filters to enable of water for reused.  Operation of RO System for Recovery of 6-APA (Raw Materials) from its Centrifuge ML.  Project of D.M. Plant Having Design Capacity 200M3 /d. Approved by USFDA & WHO.
