Having experience in personal training as well as team management gave me the chance to improve my knowledge in several different areas of sport.
As a personal trainer I was able to improve my technical skills and observe how much people can improve and how healthier they can be just by having practical guidance.
My job as a team manager gave me the opportunity to work with the best in this area in Portugal, and allowed me to work with an international organization ( EHF - European Handball Federation), all of which gave me a sense of awareness in regard to international protocols and also a practical know how.
