Roger Z. Rochar rose from the ranks starting as a classroom teacher in a plantation school ran by nuns before moving to teach in an island public high school for 10 years and as school administrator for more than 8 years. He just got recently promoted as education Program Supervisor for MAPEH. He specializes in performing arts..He earned his master's degree at the Southeast Asia interdisciplinary Development Institute. He is currently pursuing his PhD degree at the University of St. La Salle in Bacolod as a Project FREE Paglaum scholar.He still lives with his wife and two girls in Molocaboc Island.
