Touchpad Operated Wheelchair
Wheelchair that offers direction control through a touchpad which require only a finger
pressure to operate. A change in location of the pressure will result in a corresponding
change in direction. The final goal of this project is to help those who have to rely on a
wheelchair to get around. Our design will provide more freedom, more independence, and
more mobility at a cheaper cost than anything on the market today.
Software : PIC microcontroller.
Hardware: Microcontroller kit, motors, relays, touchpad and wheelchair.
Role : Circuit designer
Duration : February 2012 to May 2012.
Project2
Microcontroller Based Automatic Power Supply Control
This project is designed to save electric power when there is no people are inside the room or
building. A counter is used to keep the track of entry and exit of people. Power supply is
dependent on the status of this counter.
