• In charge of the full cycle recruitment process for all vacancies within the company (in Bucharest & Brasov) • Creating Job descriptions, assisting the Managing Partner and hiring manager in drafting the profiles we need in order to fill our openings • Posting job ads, promoting vacancies on several online platforms (social media) • CV screening, selection and approval • Contacting candidates and establishing interviews • Direct search and headhunting • Conducting interviews ( phone, Skype and face to face) • Making sure that the candidates would fit in our team (soft skills assessment) • Making recommendations to the Managing Partner regarding candidates • Particip...
