It's been a long and exciting ride since starting at IBM as a co-op student. Was a tech writer, was at the conference where the HTTP spec was released, was moderating digital forums in 1987-90, started in web in 1994, BBS systems through the 90's, now leading the social practice at Klick Health.
All through this trajectory my training at UVic in fine arts creative writing has been one of my most cherished and useful skills. Oh, that and the EMBA at Rotman (best education ever).
