Tonight, Aalok planned to discuss the importance of a PMO within project-based organisations, the different types of PMO and their key elements, PMO governance and centres of excellence.
PMOs within an organisation can be centralised, hub and spoke with a central PMO with satellite PMOs globally, or embedded within projects. The appropriate structure will be determined by the specific business needs of the organisation. The PMO sits above PM delivery and the supply chain delivery teams.

- 2. Pisces was formed from a terrible Greek Typhoon. Venus and her son Cupid escaped from Typhoon by swimming through the sea as two fish. It was the worst and most known they say.. It is important because it has the face of a Spiral Galaxy.
- 3. Aries Was formed when a Ram with Golden Fleece was flying through the sky. They say it is important because it gives off energy.
- 4. Taurus Babylonian constellation. Jupiter turned himself into a bull to carry off Europa, daughter of the King of Crete. It is important because it was a sign of worship for the Druids.
- 5. Gemini Was created when two twin Brothers protectors of a ship swore their oaths. it is important because it shows strength and positivity.
- 6. Cancer It was made when a crab was sent to kill Hercules and was killed when it got stepped on. It is important because they say it has the main labors of hercules.
- 7. Leo *** Its sign is a royal lion. It is important because it represents royalty.
- 8. Virgo Made when the goddess of farms was holding a shock of wheat. It is important because It shows justice.
- 9. Libra Scales (balance), because the Sun was in Libra during the autumn equinox when the Romans chopped off the claws of Scorpius to create this constellation. It is Important because it represents balance.
- 10. How was this constellation made? It was not discovered they were made. They were actually made naturally. The People that actually named them was an association named international Astronomical Union (IAU)
- 11. My constellation We have a new constellation in our town. Its called the volleybassk it was made by sir lucas Tennis ball. He decided to make this constellation when he was sitting in his room and passed out of unknown causes. After he passed out he had a dream of volley balls and basketballs colliding so he decided to to name a star because he tought it was a vision. And he was a philosopher so he did this with no problem and this was the beginning of volleybask.
