Chris is cofounder of gravitytank and former professor of design and innovation at the Institute of Design, IIT. In the early 90's he pioneered the application of user research to inspire design and management teams. He continues to explore and integrate diverse disciplines to create a highly effective innovation capability. At the Institute of Design, he helped shape one of the world's first professional graduate programs of design and innovation and conducted research on bringing principles of design and creativity into business.
