1. New Category Development- Introduced a brand new and highly profitable Fresh Bakery category in Walmart's Best Price stores.
2. New Concept/Product Development- Co-created and Introduced several new products in partnership with vendors, internal store teams and business members.
3. Vendor Development- Aligning Fresh Food vendors to upgrade to high Food safety and Quality standards. Drove GFSI Compliance for Meat and Poultry vendors.
4. Strategic Sourcing- Working closely with exporters, importers, Greenfield and Brownfield projects as well as Food parks for new opportunities.
