Our first year of marriage had a few bumps that we did overcome. Our wonderful son, Colton was born on March 24, 2003 with Down syndrome. Then 6 weeks later I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I did have chemo and surgery and have been cleared of cancer since my last check-up.
