I joined the Italian Air Force in the 1988 and in the 1993 I got my wings in the U.S.A. (Laughlin A.F.B. Class 93-12). Assigned to the 46th Air Brigade (Italian Air Tactical Transport Brigade) I had several assignments, even abroad, and always worked in an international and multicultural environment.
These experiences allowed me to master organization ethical values, leadership, team building, motivation, communication, decision making, political and cultural awareness, and coaching.
