Since the beginning of my managerial role I was involved as Project Leader first, and Plant and Production Manager later, into the start-up of one of the major PV module manufacturer in Italy.
In these roles, I dealt successfully with the complexity of a typical 鈥済reen field鈥� manufacturing start-up, fully managing all the development process: from the rump-up of the company production unit, to the kick-off of a yearly production of above 25-35 MW of PV modules, moving across the building up a well-trained organization (59 direct reports).
