It was way back in 1985, after having attended a course on Systems Analysis and Computer programming from NEHU Shillong that my interest in computing began. I started off as a Trainee COBOL programmer with the the leading EDP organization in Eastern India, viz. DPS India Private Limited, Kolkata in May 1986.
In these 28+ years, I have participated in almost all the phases of the Software Development Life Cycle in various roles, viz. , Programmer, Analyst, Manager, Architect, Director etc. across platforms, both traditional, like SSADM and modern like OOAD and OOP and most recently data architecting.
