I am currently a MI Manager at Merchants SA. I am currently responsible for providing supporting to 11 National Call Centers, totaling over one and a half thousand calls center seats. I manage a team of 8 Business Analysts and 4 Mi Administrators. The support includes day to day reporting for operational delivery, value add initiatives for improving operational efficiencies as well as assist the various Call Centers in achieve their commercial agreements. Technically, support is provides via Excel, Qlikview as well as in-house developed reporting management systems over dedicated server environment as well as a cloud based environment.
