In addition to a much-loved career in business development, I'm also on a passionate journey towards optimal health and wellness. This includes studying plant-based nutrition as well as fitness training for certification and yoga. I'm an active mom to two wonderful kids; my son plays baseball and football and my daughter is a competitive gymnast and in recreational dance. As a family, we love to travel, ski, sail and bike. I'm a firm believer in 'you are what you eat' and that everyone needs to better understand what they are eating (especially around GMO foods, sugar consumption, and artificial sweeteners) in order to make informed decisions for themselves and their families.
