Teaching and research experiences from JNU, IIT Delhi, IIMA, XISS, IGNOU, National Judicial Academy (NJA), Bhopal, etc., along with over 25 years of rich academic / administrative experience in different functions of Corporate HR of Coal India Ltd (CIL). Authored several books, articles and management cases on contemporary issues.
