The European Initiative of Liberal Academy Tbilisi (EI LAT) is a freshly started research and analysis program (winter 2010) which works on issues pertaining to Georgia and the South Caucasus, and their relationship to the EU. With our publications we aim to stimulate the much needed debates on Georgia's and South Caucasus European future. At large, the EI LAT aims to translate Europe for local stakeholders -- the policy-makers, experts, journalists, various target groups immediately affected by the Georgia-EU partnership frameworks and the wider public on the one hand.
