About
Gulbaz is a pioneer voice and accountability practitioner in Pakistan who tested various V&A approaches and tools including CRC, CSC and PETS in social sectors. He is instrumental in developing contents of V&A tools which are now institutionalized into public functioning, curriculum and pedagogical methods. He is skilled in knowledge transfer to all key stakeholders including citizen, governments, media, donors and social collectives engaged in V&A discourse. He is also continuously building and strengthening civil society fabric in Pakistan and has been instrumental in establishing SAN-P, ISDF and PSSP.
