I serve Sam Houston State University's students by providing them with high-quality legal advice and equipping them with techniques to resolve disputes so they can focus on their educational goals. SLMS educates students about their legal rights, responsibilities, and conflict resolution skills, informs students of where to find applicable law and legal resources, teach students the proper way to participate in the legal system and provide mediation training and services so conflicts may be managed responsibly and constructively.
