- 1. SAFETY COMPLIANCE Support staff efforts in HR functions for driver recruitment /retention. Safety Compliance for DOT/OSHA/EPA via USA Code of Federal Regulations. Training of driver personnel via state CDL testing oversight policy procedures. Tractor-Trailer maintenance via OEM guidelines and dealership warranty policy.
- 2. RATIONALE AET Holdings, LLC., intends to grow the fleet from 15 to 60 tankers by the end of April, 2014. Future plans envision that a driver force of 150 personnel will be necessary to cover 24/7 transportation operations. Business profitability will require that this plan encompass 60 drivers at a 2.5 shift operation ratio due to DOT CDL HOS regulations. In order to coordinate this plan, AET now has on staff Mr. Guy Faiette as HR/Safety/Compliance manager. Mr. Faiette will help plan, organize, direct and support corporate efforts to facilitate the AET transportation mission.
