As a person I am driven and reach my goals whatever the goals are. Although I am competitive I am also a great team player with the ability to see the big picture. After understanding how "things" work its a lot easier to pinpoint what needs to be improved. Being a systems thinker its very important to both use classic reductionist thinking as we do in the West and the holistic thinking most common in the East.
