As a person I am driven and reach my goals whatever the goals are. Although I am competitive I am also a great team player with the ability to see the big picture. After understanding how "things" work its a lot easier to pinpoint what needs to be improved. Being a systems thinker its very important to both use classic reductionist thinking as we do in the West and the holistic thinking most common in the East. This way one can twist and turn situations and see them from different perspectives which will help solving the problem or at least improving a cmplex problem.
