Dr. Fernando Hernandez is an animal nutritionist with several years of experience in ruminant and monogastric nutrition, research project management, product development, innovative meat science, feed digestibility and technology; four of which were with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada as Research Associate and another four of them with Alberta Agriculture and Rural Development.
Dr. Hernandez aims to use animal nutrition concepts to find new solutions for the future of the livestock industry.
