Mohammed holds a PhD of Manufacturing and Technology Management from University of Toledo, a Master of Environmental, Health and Safety from University of Findlay and a BA in Medical Science from King Abdul-Aziz University, KSA. His various service work experiences include quality assurance auditor at Saudi Glass Company and medical technologist at King Abdul Aziz University Hospital. His research interest is in the areas of service complexity, service innovation, health care supply chain and HIT.
