I am most energized when I help individuals and teams move forward with initiatives and processes related, broadly, to adult education. I work with people who want to become better teachers, stronger presenters, and more effective facilitators. I do this through training, facilitation, teaching, and coaching. My approach is to help people discover and build on their strengths so that they can grow professionally in the areas that matter to them.
Outside of my work at UBC, I support individuals to achieve greater fullfillment in their careers through my practice as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach (isabeauiqbal.com).
