This position specifically contributes to engage service providers (including local NGOs) to plan, market and deliver of effective Sexual Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) programs within the RMG factories by designing Inclusive Business (IB) plans; will engage with factory management to help the piloted factories integrate, manage and promote gender friendly responsible business practices. In addition, will develop and promote knowledge and learning products specifically relevant in meeting the project outcomes.
