After finishing my Ph.D. in analytical chemistry in 2004 in the Gorecki Lab at the University of Waterloo, and a postdoc in the Marriott Lab at RMIT, I had a brief stint in a government laboratory before starting my own research group at they University of Alberta. My group is currently tackling fundamental challenges in GC, GC-MS, and GCxGC.
